In Vista you get to set how much later, up to a miximum of 4 hours.

My tip: Press no button at all. Instead, move the dialog out of the way and forget about it. I use hibernate a lot and sometimes hibernate my system for nearly a week before eventually, when *I* want it, shut down. The dialog will move back onto the desktop after locking and unlocking the system, but that&#039;s not nearly as annoying.</description>
